Update all of your BCF Managers with just one click
Do you have multiple versions of Revit, Navisworks, Archicad or Tekla installed on your computer? Whenever a new version of the BCF Manager is available, it’s cumbersome to download and install all versions separately. With the BIMcollab Installer, you can now do this all at once.
The Installer automatically detects which software is present on your computer and for which a new version of the BCF Manager is available. Update all of your BIMcollab applications with just one click.

Edit Smart Properties as CSV files
When creating a Smart Property to structure the data in IFC files, a lot of input might be required to define the property completely. In order to make this process easier, Smart properties can be imported, exported and edited as CSV files. In a spreadsheet software you can copy, add and edit lines in a more flexible way then in the Smart Property editor.

Choose the level of detail when zooming to an issue from the BCF Manager
Issue viewpoints can contain a lot of information, like visible elements, section planes and color overrides. When viewpoints become too heavy, it might take some time to retrieve all of the linked data, and zoom to the correct location in the model. In the BCF Manager, you can choose to either retreive all of this detailed information or simply place the camera and section planes to quickly move to the correct position in the model. Depending on your needs, this enables you to always move between viewpoints in an efficient way.

New: Quickly create a similar issue with the Cloning function
Issues often don’t come alone. When you need to add multiple issues, they frequently have a lot of properties in common, or need to be assigned to the same person. Instead of having to indicate every issue property again when you create a similar issue, you now have the ability to clone an issue directly in BIMcollab Cloud. Simply add a new title and description, and the rest of the issue attributes are filled in automatically.

Due to a bug in the API for Archicad 26, we have not yet been able to deliver a BCF Manager for this latest software version. We are working hard to create the plugin as soon as possible, but if the BCF Manager is unmissable in your Archicad workflow, we recommend to proceed with caution when upgrading to Archicad 26. As soon as the new BCF Manager is released, you can download it from our helpcenter.

Did you know that ...
- You can add comments to issues much faster with the Quick-comment function in the BCF Managers?
- The status of a hyperlinked issue is shown when you hover over the hyperlink?
- You can personalize your avatar in BIMcollab Cloud so your team members can recognize you across the ecosystem?
